Each amazing piece is handmade and unique and because of this, we cannot guarantee an exchange.
Return Policy
We want your shopping experience to be amazing to keep you coming back to Blessed with Grace! We hope you love each item you ordered, but if not, we are here to make your return process as easy as possible. Please see our simple return policy below. Please look over your order as soon as you receive it. If you think that you've received a defective item, were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact our customer service team within 3 business days of receipt of your order so we can get it taken care of for you!
Here's a quick rundown of our return policy:
• Items can be returned for store credit only. We cannot issue refunds (unless the item is defective).
• Items are eligible for return only if it is:
o Photos of the proof of damage within 24 hours of customer receipt
o Received returned in the original packing within 7 days of the ship date.
• Any item purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
• Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.
• Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received.
TO RETURN AN ITEM:
All we need you to do is ship out the package with your original receipt and the item you are returning. The return address will be provided in the email once we verify the return. We’ll take it from there! Don’t forget that your original shipping cost is non-refundable.
We do suggest that you send items back using USPS, UPS or FedEx along with a tracking number. We are not responsible for items that are lost, stolen, or mishandled in the return process. You are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item.
CHANGING OR CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
Sometimes something happens and you need to change or cancel your order. We totally understand and are here to help, but you must contact us immediately.
ADDING ITEMS TO AN ORDER YOU JUST PLACED
Unfortunately, we cannot add items to an existing order. Place a new order for that can’t miss item and, if it is within 24 hours of your previous order, we will do our best to ship it out with your first order or waive the shipping fee on this additional order. We urge you to please take extra caution when opening your packages as we can't be held responsible for any damages that may occur once the product(s) leaves our store. We do reserve the right to refuse any returns that we feel are not compliant with our policies. All merchandise is inspected by the owner before it is shipped to each customer.
